高精度大容量双反星形整流电源研究Research on high precision and high capacity double reverse star rectifier power supply

摘要(Abstract):
在电解电镀、电加热、埋弧焊接等低压大电流、大功率的场合,双反星形整流电源应用广泛,对整流电源的精度要求越来越高。为提高整流电源的精度,在设计中,对双反星形整流电路性能进行了具体分析,在控制系统中,设计了PID电压调节器和PID电流调节器来实现电压和电流的闭环控制,选择ATmega128单片机作为核心控制器,采用RS-485接口实现了主、从设备之间的通信。使用Pspice软件对电路进行仿真,通过仿真和实验证明了设计方法的可行性。
