大直径盾构隧道与临近地铁车站的交互影响研究Study on interactions between large diameter shield tunnel and adjacent subway station

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决盾构隧道穿越地铁车站施工过程中隧道及既有车站变形的问题,结合现场监测结果,采用PLAXIS3D有限元软件对某大直径盾构隧道穿越临近既有地铁车站的施工过程进行数值模拟分析,研究了大直径盾构隧道与临近地铁车站的相互影响,探索了注浆压力、掌子面压力下隧道及既有车站的结构变形规律。研究结果表明:1)当注浆压力在70%~90%上覆土层重力范围内时,提升注浆压力能显著控制隧道和既有车站变形;2)当掌子面压力小于1.5倍掌子面侧向静止土压力时,隧道拱顶沉降随掌子面压力呈线性增大,反之,隧道拱顶沉降则加速增大;3)在盾构隧道施工过程中,盾构隧道和既有车站均有较为显著的变形,且主要影响1.5倍直径范围内的区域。研究结果可为新建隧道开挖对地下既有管道和结构物的影响研究和施工提供参考。
