基于熵权的灰色关联模型在工程项目评标中的应用研究Application of entropy based grey relational model in project bid evaluation

摘要(Abstract):
根据中国工程造价改革的重点是推行以"合理低价中标"为核心的工程量清单计价模式,在全面分析工程项目评标过程与主要影响因素的基础上,构建适应过程操作实际的评标指标体系,包括5类属性的16个评价指标。在评标模型构造时,运用熵值法确定指标的权重可以反映已知信息的客观情况,减少定权时由于人为因素产生的误差与错误。引入灰色系统理论,建立灰色关联度模型,计算各个备选方案的加权关联度,比较各个备选方案与最优方案的相似度,最终确定各个方案的优劣。算例分析演示了评标模型的详细计算过程,将此计算方法与其他评价方法对比,总结了该方法的特点。
